Your next portfolio review

From “anything new?” to a clear next action.

1

Find the accounts that need attention.

Review published funding changes and separate Form 486, invoice, and service-delivery deadlines. Check UEI and Form 498 information when payment readiness needs attention.

2

Work through the details.

Inspect invoice lines by applicant and year, export CSV, and review potential C2 remainders. Add applicants individually or from a list, edit client details and fees, and remove applicants from monitoring.

3

Give the client something useful.

Share a read-only view of each district’s FRNs. Generate client documents and send the Monday district digest under your firm’s name. The firm edition keeps your portfolio review separate from the client update.

Useful at the firm level. Clear at the district level.

Your brand in front of clients

Your hosted firm dashboard is included with no hosting surcharge. Each district gets a read-only view of its funding status and deadlines, and a Monday edition under your firm’s name.

Documents built from client data

Select from nine client documents, including LOAs, fee agreements, calendars, and C2 budget plans. Review the output before using it. Two additional deadline documents are operator-generated.

Monday, two ways

A portfolio edition for the firm and a client-ready district edition. Forward district updates yourself or enable automatic delivery for selected districts. Mail delivery is not guaranteed.

Keep the Airtable work you already built

Use our hosted practice platform or connect published USAC updates to your existing Airtable base. Your own views and automations can remain part of the workflow.

Invoice detail when you need it

Select an applicant and funding year to see published USAC invoice lines and authorized amounts. Export the results instead of manually rebuilding the table.

Individual SAM.gov lookups

Search using your own key held in your browser. Inspect the legal name and address, then explicitly confirm a UEI before saving it to the client record.

470 Radar

Your clients’ Form 470s confirmed the day they post, with the allowable contract date and days remaining, and a list of tracked clients without a FY2027 Form 470 yet — plus new postings in your states with no consulting firm attached. See 470 Radar →

Alerts

Every alert, by name.

Every alert is recorded in Alert history on your firm dashboard at dashboard.eratewave.com, a private tokened URL that is not indexed. Alerts go out by email, with an optional Slack or Teams webhook.

  • Funding transitions. New commitments, denials, and status changes, detected within hours of USAC posting, with the wave number always paired with the FCDL date.
  • Commitment reduced. When USAC reduces a commitment on an FRN.
  • PIA pending reason. When an FRN’s published pending reason changes, with “15 Day Notice” and “15 Day Expired” flagged the first time they appear: the reviewer is waiting on the applicant, and USAC proceeds on what it has if there is no answer. The inquiry itself stays in EPC.
  • Appeal-window clock. 60 days per FRN after a denial or reduction, counted down in the digest and the dashboard.
  • Form 486 status and deadline. Per FRN, 120 days after the FCDL or service start, whichever is later, using USAC’s published deadline when available, with the source shown per row. A missed deadline now brings an Urgent Reminder Letter with a 15-day grace period.
  • Invoice deadline and IDE rescue. The invoice deadline per FRN. The one-time 120-day extension must be requested within 15 days of the deadline; when a deadline is missed we start that countdown and alert once.
  • Service delivery deadline and Form 500. Per FRN for C2 non-recurring services, with extension tracking.
  • EPC administrative window. Applicants update entity profiles (enrollment, NSLP) in a window that opens October 21, 2026 (USAC News Brief, September 17). You get a notice 14 days ahead and another when it opens.
  • No UEI on Form 498. Every Form 498 in your book with no UEI, plus SAM.gov status per client in the Monday digest. Since September 8, 2026, USAC does not pay approved BEAR or SPI invoices without both. Read the payment-on-hold guide.
  • 470 Radar for your clients. A client’s Form 470 posting, a notice when its allowable contract date is within seven days, and material amendments. See 470 Radar.
  • New Entity Radar. A new Billed Entity created by USAC in the states you watch: a school, library, or consortium entering the program before its first Form 470.

A practical fit

Built to support your judgment.

Six scheduled syncs a day bring published USAC changes into the workflow. Source publication, sync completion, and delivery affect when updates arrive.

You retain EPC review, filing, certification, and professional judgment. PIA inquiries inside EPC are not visible in public data; we alert on the FRN’s published pending reason instead. A C2 candidate is a prompt to investigate, not a promise of recovered funding.
